Ohio State Edges Indiana, Ends Hoosiers' Streak

No. 5 Ohio State beat No. 4 Indiana 19-15 in Bloomington, ending the Hoosiers’ 22-game winning streak and 19-game home winning streak. Indiana mounted a late comeback, but Nick Marsh was unable to keep a foot in bounds on a potential go-ahead fourth-down touchdown catch with about a minute remaining, and Ohio State held on. The win was clouded by an apparent right-arm injury to quarterback Julian Sayin, who left in a sling; coach Ryan Day said Sayin would miss several weeks. Ohio State relied heavily on receiver Jeremiah Smith, while Indiana quarterback Josh Hoover threw for 296 yards and a touchdown in the loss.
