Trump Plans Campaign Rallies in Alaska, Montana
President Donald Trump is planning campaign appearances ahead of the midterm elections, including rallies in Wasilla, Alaska, and Kalispell, Montana, as well as events in Northern Kentucky and Wichita. In Wasilla, he will campaign with Sen. Dan Sullivan, who faces a close race against Democrat Mary Peltola, and Rep. Nick Begich; Peltola received more votes than Sullivan in Alaska’s open primary. Trump has not endorsed a candidate in Alaska’s governor’s race, which will not be featured at the rally. In Kalispell, Trump will campaign for Republican congressional candidate Aaron Flint, who faces Democrat Sam Forstag. The Northern Kentucky rally is planned for Oct. 17, followed by a Wichita event on Oct. 19 supporting Sen. Roger Marshall.
