Broncos’ Hufanga uncertain for Thursday vs. Seahawks
Broncos safety Talanoa Hufanga is trending toward missing Thursday night’s game against the Seahawks after injuring his ankle against the Chargers on Sunday. He wore a walking boot after the game, said he was unsure whether he could play, and did not practice Tuesday. Cornerback Pat Surtain II also missed Tuesday’s practice, leaving Denver at risk of being without multiple defensive starters in the secondary; if Hufanga sits, Devon Key is a likely candidate to start alongside Brandon Jones.
