Jahmyr Gibbs Breaks Sanders’ Under-25 TD Record

Jahmyr Gibbs tied Barry Sanders’ NFL record for most touchdowns scored before age 25 with a 1-yard second-quarter touchdown against Arizona, reaching 57 career scores. He broke the record later in the game with a 3-yard touchdown run, giving him 58 career touchdowns—45 rushing and 13 receiving. Detroit led 45-14 late in the fourth quarter after scoring on seven consecutive possessions. Gibbs, who turns 25 on March 20, 2027, has the rest of the season and more time before his birthday to extend the record.
