Chicago Bears defensive end Montez Sweat was suspended without pay for two games for violating the NFL’s performance-enhancing substances policy. The league did not disclose the substance or specific circumstances of the violation. Sweat will miss games against Atlanta and New England and is eligible to return for Chicago’s next game against Seattle. His absence further thins a defensive line also dealing with Dayo Odeyingbo’s injury; Austin Booker is coming off a two-sack performance. Sweat has two sacks and seven tackles this season, after recording 10 sacks last year.

Booker had a good game against Green Bay so maybe he can keep filling in and help limit the damage.
Sweat knew the PED rules so he deserves the suspension but it still puts extra pressure on the rest of the unit.
This hurts Chicago's defense bad with Sweat out against two tough teams and the line already banged up.
