Packers Sign Zeitler as Jayden Reed Is Sidelined

The 1-2 Green Bay Packers signed 36-year-old guard Kevin Zeitler to a reported one-year deal as they try to fix an offensive line that has struggled to protect Jordan Love and support the running game. Zeitler, a Wisconsin native with 213 career starts, could take over at right guard when he is ready. The team also added Laken Tomlinson, Mekhi Becton and Cordell Volson. Slot receiver Jayden Reed suffered a season-ending neck injury, leaving Green Bay without a versatile playmaker.
