Gronkowski Suggests Rodgers Regrets Returning After 20-3 Loss

Rob Gronkowski said on The Gronk & Jules Show on September 21, 2026, that Aaron Rodgers is probably thinking he should have retired last year after the Pittsburgh Steelers lost 20-3 to the New England Patriots on September 20. Rodgers completed 23 of 39 passes for 187 yards, no touchdowns and one interception, and was sacked four times. He has one touchdown pass in Week 1 and zero in Week 2. Gronkowski told Julian Edelman that after watching the first two weeks that is what Rodgers was probably thinking, adding there is just no juice on the Steelers offensive side of the ball, and that Rodgers was held without a passing touchdown only twice in more than 150 games with Mike McCarthy in Green Bay.
