160 Survive Russian Drone Strike on Kyiv School

A Russian Geran-4 drone struck a school in Kyiv’s Solomianskyi district while more than 100 children and staff were sheltering during an air raid. The impact damaged the building, shattered windows and started a fire, but no one at the school was injured. The drone’s warhead did not detonate; bomb disposal experts removed it. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy praised school staff for protecting those inside and called attacks on schools and kindergartens a deliberate Russian tactic.
