Nscale Names Meta Veteran COO Ahead of IPO

Nscale has appointed former Meta executive Justin Osofsky as chief operating officer, putting him in charge of global operations as the AI infrastructure company expands. Osofsky spent 18 years at Meta, where he held senior roles including chief partnerships officer and chief operating officer of Instagram. Nscale, which builds AI data centers and works with companies including Nvidia and Microsoft, is scaling its AI infrastructure business to meet rising demand for computing power. The appointment comes as Nscale prepares for a New York IPO; reports say it could seek to raise as much as $3 billion.
