Iowa sets eight personal bests at Bradley Pink Classic

Iowa finished sixth in the men’s race and eighth in the women’s race at the Bradley Pink Classic in Peoria, where Hawkeye runners recorded eight personal bests. Kyle Montgomery led Iowa’s men with an 11th-place finish in 23:40.1, while Hillary Trainor paced the women in 19th in 20:49.6, also setting a personal best. Lindenwood placed 13th in the men’s competition and 10th in the women’s; Kade Berry was the Lions’ top women’s finisher, completing the 6K in 22:50.6. The meet was a final regular-season outing for Iowa and a tune-up for teams preparing for the Ohio Valley Conference Championships.
