Jonkheer Sir Willem Boreel, 9th Baronet, Lord of Hogelanden, was a Dutch politician who served as Speaker of the House of Representatives thrice in the period between 1847 and 1855, and as King's Commissioner of North Holland from 1855 until 1860.
