Tui Ātua Tupua Tamasese Tupuola Tufuga Efi is a Samoan paramount chief, politician and statesman who served as prime minister of Samoa from 1976 to 1982, and as O le Ao o le Malo of Samoa from 2007 to 2017. He is currently a member of the Council of Deputies, having previously sat on the council from 2004 to 2007.
