Matt Dumba is retiring after 13 NHL seasons and 748 games with five teams, including 10 seasons with the Minnesota Wild. A 2020 King Clancy Trophy winner, he was also recognized for his advocacy for inclusion and his role in founding the Hockey Diversity Alliance.

About Mathew Dumba
Mathew Dumba is a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman who last played for the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins in the American Hockey League (AHL). Dumba was selected with the seventh overall pick by the Minnesota Wild in the first round of the 2012 NHL entry draft, with whom he spent his first ten seasons. He has also played for the Arizona Coyotes, Tampa Bay Lightning, Dallas Stars, and Pittsburgh Penguins. Dumba previously played junior with the Red Deer Rebels and briefly for the Portland Winterhawks of the Western Hockey League (WHL).
