Gjilan [(Albanian definite form: Gjilani), or Gnjilane ], is the fourth-largest city in Kosovo, functioning as both a municipality and the administrative centre of the Gjilan District. According to the 2024 census, the municipality has a population of 82,901, with the majority of residents living in the city itself.
