Saints owner Gayle Benson called New Orleans’ 1-4 start unacceptable, said the organization must improve and regain fans’ confidence through its play, and pledged to hold the coaches, front office and players accountable. She did not announce specific changes, but said she is committed to making decisions needed to improve the team.
