Driver charged in fatal Tour de Fat crash
An 88-year-old Wyoming man has been charged with vehicular homicide, vehicular assault and reckless endangerment after his pickup truck drove onto a Fort Collins sidewalk during the Tour de Fat festival, killing 33-year-old Joshua Robert Douglass and injuring others.
