SMU and No. 20 Ole Miss Head to Fall Golf Tournaments

Several college women’s golf teams are competing in fall tournaments Oct. 12-13. SMU heads to Columbus, Georgia, for the inaugural Haskins Intercollegiate after opening its season with a tied-for-fourth finish, led by Grace Jin’s career-best 66 and tied-for-fifth result. Western Carolina and Presbyterian are among the 12 teams at the Terrier Intercollegiate in Spartanburg, South Carolina; WCU brings Southern Conference Golfer of the Week Elsa Maren Steinarsdóttir, while Presbyterian is seeking to build on a tied-for-ninth finish at the Elon Invitational. No. 20 Ole Miss closes its fall schedule at the Illini Women’s Invitational after finishing runner-up at The Ally, its second top-two result in three events. Lindenwood also concludes its fall slate at the Payne Stewart Memorial, hosted by Missouri State.
