WISeSat.Space Begins Nasdaq Trading as SAIQ After Columbus Merger
WISeSat.Space completed its business combination with Columbus Acquisition Corp. on October 1 and began trading as a separately listed company on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker SAIQ on October 2. Approved by Columbus shareholders on September 30, the deal gives the space technology company a public listing as it seeks to expand satellite infrastructure for secure satellite communications and Internet of Things connectivity, drawing on WISeQey’s cybersecurity, digital identity and secure semiconductor technologies.
