Washington Man Charged in Canada School Shooting Conspiracy

A 30-year-old Washington state resident, James Cody Bryant, has been arrested and charged in the February Tumbler Ridge, British Columbia, school shooting. Prosecutors allege Bryant communicated with the shooter for months, advised and supported her plans, helped arrange a livestream, and failed to alert authorities; the attack killed eight people and wounded 25, and the shooter later died from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
