UK Report Finds 11% Christian Nationalists

A Theos report found that about 11% of people surveyed in the UK fit its definition of Christian nationalists, the least common of five identified views of the relationship between Christianity and Britishness. The group was characterized by strong national identity, concern about the country’s direction and hostility toward immigration, asylum seekers and Islam; members were more likely to be older, white, from lower-income social groups and inclined to vote Reform. Although most identified as Christian, relatively few attended church weekly.
