Four Teams Unveil ABA Anniversary Throwbacks

The Nets, Nuggets, Pacers and Spurs unveiled throwback uniforms for the 2026-27 season to mark 50 years since the ABA-NBA merger. Brooklyn’s red, white and blue design recalls its ABA-era look, while Indiana brings back a classic uniform and original logo. Denver will wear orange-and-black jerseys honoring its former Rockets identity in nine games, including seven at home, with a matching court. San Antonio will hold nine Classic Nights in silver uniforms recreating its early HemisFair Arena look, including its original arched Spurs wordmark; the uniforms debut Nov. 4 against Dallas alongside a commemorative court. The teams will wear the throwbacks during selected games throughout the season.
