The Seattle Seahawks signed undrafted rookie running back Robert Henry Jr. off the Washington Commanders’ practice squad and waived safety AJ Finley to make room on their 53-man roster. Henry rushed for 105 yards and a touchdown in three preseason games after a final college season at UTSA in which he gained 1,045 yards and averaged 6.9 yards per carry. Seattle is seeking backfield depth as Jadarian Price remains on injured reserve, Zach Charbonnet works toward a return and George Holani deals with an injury. The team considered veteran Joe Mixon but did not sign him after his physical.
