Pulsar Helium names David T. Young as CFO and director

Pulsar Helium appointed David T. Young to its board and as chief financial officer effective September 21, 2026, while Dan O’Brien stepped down as CFO and director and will remain with the company as vice president of finance. Young brings more than 25 years of experience in energy, natural resources and infrastructure, including corporate finance, restructuring, capital formation and public-company governance. His previous roles include chief restructuring officer of Royal Helium, a principal at The Carlyle Group and an investment committee position at Talara Capital Management. Pulsar granted Young stock options, performance share units and restricted share units as part of his compensation, saying his experience will support the company’s financial strategy as it advances the Topaz helium project.
