Knicks, Timberwolves Expected in Preseason Matchup

As the Knicks and Timberwolves meet in preseason, New York is evaluating its final roster spots, with veterans Ochai Agbaji, Drew Eubanks and Tony Bradley looking vulnerable after limited opportunities and a quiet preseason opener. Minnesota is testing its starting group and considering how to stagger its primary creators so the reserves have an established offensive organizer on the floor. The matchup also offers the Wolves a chance to build chemistry through perimeter pick-and-rolls, potentially drawing Jalen Brunson into defensive actions, while New York can counter with its wing defenders and Brunson–Karl-Anthony Towns offense. One betting preview favors the Knicks at home, though preseason lineups and performances make the outcome uncertain.
