Tennessee coach Josh Heupel has not named a starting quarterback for the No. 14 Volunteers’ game against No. 6 Alabama, saying the decision will depend on the week’s practices. Redshirt freshman George MacIntyre started the 24-17 win over Arkansas, throwing for 247 yards and a touchdown but also two interceptions; true freshman Faizon Brandon, who started Tennessee’s first five games, has been limited by a shoulder injury. Brandon and MacIntyre offer different strengths, and Heupel’s choice remains uncertain ahead of Saturday’s game in Knoxville.

Seahawks Favored for Thursday Broncos Matchup

Seattle’s recent turnovers and struggling run game, however, could give Denver an opening after the Broncos’ win over the Chargers.
