Children Removed in Kentucky and Ohio Cases
In Richmond, Kentucky, eight adults were arrested in an investigation into alleged abuse of seven children, ages 1 to 17, who were removed from a home described by authorities and court records as filthy, with feces and urine reportedly on surfaces. Several defendants face charges including rape, incest, human trafficking and child abuse, and the allegations remain under investigation. Separately, in Etna Township, Ohio, nine children were removed from a home after detectives reported unsafe living conditions; Jonathan Parr, 37, and Jacqueline Coleman, 32, were arrested on child-endangerment charges. The Ohio children were placed in children’s services custody, and county prosecutors are reviewing that case.
