FDA Recalls Two Supplements With Hidden Viagra, Cialis Ingredients

Laboratory testing confirmed undeclared sildenafil and tadalafil—the active ingredients in Viagra and Cialis—inside X10 Natural Enhancement Supplement and biQ-FEL. A&P Creations LLC recalled both. The liquids reached consumers through Amazon, Walmart.com, and naturefuel.us between December 15, 2024 and June 11, 2026. Neither label listed the prescription drugs. X10 arrived in a red-and-gold box holding seven red lightning bolt-shaped sachets, 15 mL each. biQ-FEL came as a 500 mL bottle whose Spanish-language text includes "Sabor artificial Hierbabuena." FDA warnings focus on nitrate interactions, including with nitroglycerin, that can drive blood pressure to dangerous lows; people with heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol face the highest risk.
