Communities Announce Halloween Trick-or-Treat Hours

Fort Lee’s on-post trick-or-treating is set for Oct. 31 from 6 to 8 p.m., with participation limited to residents, DoD ID cardholders and their guests; officials urge families and drivers to take precautions. Marion will hold community-wide trick-or-treating on Oct. 31, with no fixed start time and an 8 p.m. end time, and will host a first-responder “Sirens and Sweets” event the night before. Waterloo set its Oct. 31 hours for 3 to 6 p.m. under a new ordinance establishing future dates and hours. Winslow’s town-sponsored Trunk or Treat is scheduled for Oct. 30 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the community center.
