Centinel Spine Files for $100 Million IPO
Centinel Spine filed S-1 paperwork with the SEC on Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2026. The West Chester, Pennsylvania medical-device company swung to $10.2 million in net income on $85.2 million in revenue for the six months ended June 30, 2026, compared with a $503,000 net loss on $60.1 million in revenue a year earlier. It plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol CNTL. The firm makes motion-preserving cervical and lumbar disc implants, known as Total Disc Replacement, as an alternative to spinal fusion. Its prodisc platform includes four cervical systems and one lumbar system. Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Piper Sandler, Canaccord Genuity and BTIG are underwriting the offering. CONTESTED: One report says the company is seeking to raise up to $100 million. The filing did not disclose an offering price or share count. Offering size, price and share count remain undisclosed in the filing itself.
