Brandon Lowe's Homer Lifts Pirates Past Royals, 6-5

Brandon Lowe's eighth-inning two-run homer lifted the Pittsburgh Pirates past the Kansas City Royals 6-5 at PNC Park. The Royals had rallied to a 5-4 lead in the seventh.
