Arkansas, Tennessee Cities Plan Fall Tree Giveaways
Several communities are offering free trees in fall 2026 to expand local tree cover and beautify neighborhoods. In Northwest Arkansas, Rogers’ giveaway is Oct. 24 and requires registration, with up to two trees per household; Centerton’s runs Oct. 29–30, while Bentonville’s distribution is Saturday morning, with up to two trees for city residents and no registration. Fayetteville will distribute trees and shrubs at two locations on Oct. 17, with a two-plant limit per adult resident and proof of residency required. In Clarksville and Montgomery County, Replant Clarksville is accepting requests through Oct. 25 for up to two native trees per household, to be delivered in November; recipients must plant them in a street-visible front or side yard and arrange planting themselves or pay for installation.
