The European Medicines Agency’s advisory committee recommended Rasonque (daraxonrasib), Revolution Medicines’ oral RAS-targeting drug, for adults with metastatic pancreatic cancer whose disease progressed after prior treatment. In a late-stage trial, it nearly doubled median survival compared with chemotherapy; the European Commission must still approve the treatment before it can be sold in the EU.
