The Salt Path is an upcoming British film directed by Marianne Elliott in her feature directorial debut, from a screenplay by Rebecca Lenkiewicz based on the memoir of the same name by Raynor Winn. Gillian Anderson and Jason Isaacs are set to star. Synopsis A married couple receive a bad health diagnosis and are left homeless after legal trouble, so embark on the South West Coast Path, the longest uninterrupted path in England, from Minehead to Poole around the coast of Devon, Cornwall and Dorset. Producers are Elizabeth Karlsen, Lloyd Levin, Beatriz Levin and Stephen Woolley, with BBC Film and Lipsync Productions financing and Black Bear Pictures acquiring UK distribution rights. In July 2023, James Lance and Hermione Norris joined the cast.
