Sherlyn Montserrat González Díaz (born 14 October 1985), known simply as Sherlyn, is a Mexican actress.

Career
Early music and acting roles
Sherlyn began her music career after winning the local children's contest Vamos a jugar y cantar. She later joined the children's musical group K.I.D.S. alongside Dulce María and María Fernanda Malo. The group released their second studio album, En el principio, and contributed to El pescador, a tribute album dedicated to Pope John Paul II.
In 1996, she transitioned into acting with a role as Sofía ("Piojito") in the Televisa telenovela Marisol. From 2002 to 2003, she portrayed Gabriela Chávez in the youth-oriented telenovela Clase 406, starring alongside Alfonso Herrera, Anahí, and Christian Chávez. She followed this with a supporting role in the 2005 period drama Alborada, starring Lucero. In theatre, she was cast as Sandy in the Mexican production of Vaselina opposite Aarón Díaz. She also auditioned for the role of Nessarose in the Mexican production of Wicked, which ultimately went to Daniela Luján.
In 2008, she played Rocío San Román in the telenovela Cuidado con el ángel, alongside William Levy, Maite Perroni, and Laura Zapata. The following year, she starred as Solange "Sol" Oliver in Camaleones, which premiered on 27 July 2009. During the broadcast of the series, she also performed as a member of the spin-off music group of the same name.
In 2010, she appeared in the Mexican stage adaptation of the play Agosto (Condado de Osage), worked as a television presenter for the show Hoy Sábado, and joined the cast of Una familia con suerte as Ana López. Her television credits include the Telehit series Hoy soy nadie (2012) and the telenovela Amores Verdaderos (2013). Following a brief hiatus, she returned to television in 2015 to portray Margarita "Magos" Gutiérrez in Antes muerta que Lichita.
