Survey Finds Vietnamese Youth Favor Closer China Ties
Vietnamese National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man’s visit to China and co-chairing of a bilateral parliamentary committee meeting were hailed by Vietnam’s foreign minister as strengthening political trust and advancing cooperation. Separately, a survey found many young Vietnamese favor closer trade, education and entrepreneurship ties with China, and see youth exchanges as a way to build relations.
