Kam Williams undergoes second foot surgery at Kentucky

Kentucky guard Kam Williams suffered a broken left foot in January, returned for the postseason but later needed a second surgery after the healing stalled, and has spent the offseason largely off the court in a boot and on crutches. Coach Mark Pope says Williams is progressing and remains a key difference-maker with high confidence he’ll be back for the 2026-27 season, though the summer has been spent focusing on recovery and off-court involvement with the team.
