About Georgia Governorate
The Georgian Governorate was one of the guberniyas of the Caucasus Viceroyalty of the Russian Empire. Its capital was Tiflis (Tbilisi). It was divided into uyezds of Gori, Dusheti, Lori, Signagi and Telavi.
