Steakhouses Open, Two More Openings Planned

Several new steakhouses are opening or have recently launched across the country. Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse plans to open in downtown Riverside on Nov. 9, with space for more than 275 guests and plans to serve Thanksgiving dinner. LongHorn Steakhouse is scheduled to open a 247-seat restaurant in Pueblo on Nov. 2, offering dine-in and takeout. In Tappan, Lugo Steakhouse brings a Spanish-inspired menu of steaks, seafood and tapas, including porterhouse, ribeye and surf-and-turf options. New Bridge Fusion Steakhouse has opened in Montgomery with steak, seafood and other dishes, plus a bar, darts and an outdoor patio for live music.
