IndyCar Driver Jack Harvey Announces Cancer Diagnosis

IndyCar driver and FOX Sports broadcaster Jack Harvey, 33, has announced that he has cancer but has not disclosed the type or details of his treatment. He said he is receiving excellent care and support from family, friends, Dreyer & Reinbold Racing, FOX and the IndyCar community. Harvey says his 2027 goals remain unchanged: to be at the St. Petersburg season opener and return to a race car in May to prepare for the Indianapolis 500. He raced for Dreyer & Reinbold in the past two Indy 500s, but no full-time IndyCar deal for 2027 has been announced. Drivers, teams and Indianapolis Motor Speedway have publicly expressed support for him.
