September Short Interest Swings Across Five Health Firms

September short interest rose sharply in four of the five companies covered, while Biofrontera saw a steep decline. Revelation Biosciences had the largest percentage increase, up 517.6%, followed by Sunshine Biopharma at 461.6%, Hansa Biopharma at 264.3% and QHSLab at 197.7%. Biofrontera’s short interest fell 68.4% over the same period. Despite the percentage swings, reported short positions remained relatively small compared with average trading volume at Revelation, Sunshine, Biofrontera and QHSLab; Hansa’s days-to-cover ratio was notably higher at 85.9.
