Russian Strikes Kill Dozens in Ukraine

Israelis gathered in Tel Aviv and Kfar Aza to mourn the roughly 1,200 people killed in the Hamas attacks of October 7, 2023, as residents described ongoing displacement and a conflict that remains unresolved. Separately, Russian missile and drone strikes killed at least 28 people in Ukraine, including at least 20 in a strike on an apartment building in Pryluky; rescue crews searched the wreckage while Russia said it had targeted military-related factories and port facilities.
