Penn hosted the three-day Cissie Leary Invitational, where the Quakers recorded wins in singles and doubles against visiting teams including Saint Joseph’s, Lafayette, Princeton, Temple and Drexel. Saint Joseph’s had several singles victories, including three against Lafayette on Saturday and a three-set win over Drexel’s Christine Fourie on Friday, and finished Sunday with two doubles wins and a singles victory over Drexel. Penn players also secured multiple victories over the Hawks and other opponents, while Saint Joseph’s was set to compete next at the ITA Northeast Regionals at Princeton.
