Orion180 Prices $240 Million IPO Below Range

Orion180 Insurance Group announced Thursday the pricing of its initial public offering at $12 per share. It sold 20 million Class A shares and raised approximately $240 million before underwriting discounts. The price fell below the initially marketed range of $15 to $17 per share and implied a market value of roughly $1.2 billion. Shares are expected to begin trading on September 18, 2026 on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker OIG. The offering is scheduled to close on September 21, subject to customary conditions. Underwriters hold a 30-day option to purchase up to 3 million additional shares. The Melbourne, Florida-based insurer operates in 14 states and offers excess and surplus and admitted homeowners insurance, private flood coverage and ancillary products. Contested No factual disputes found. Trading begins September 18, with the deal set to close three days later.
