Oregon State, San Diego State Near Pac-12 Clash

Oregon State hosts San Diego State in a Pac-12 matchup after opening conference play with a 56-26 win over Colorado State, while SDSU comes in at 2-3 after rallying past Texas State, 31-29. Former Beaver Kai Wallin, now an Aztecs edge rusher, could offer his teammates insight into Oregon State and advice for handling the loud Reser Stadium crowd. San Diego State’s preparation is complicated by a mumps outbreak that sidelined several players, including running back Lucky Sutton and guard Michael Levelle Watkins, making the team’s lineup and form difficult to assess. The Aztecs have struggled on offense and defense, though their comeback win gives them momentum heading into the game.
