Megaport Secures A$978.6M AI Deals, Raises FY27 Outlook

Megaport announced on 29 September 2026 three new AI infrastructure contracts worth a combined A$978.6 million through its Latitude.sh business. The contracts cover GPU and CPU compute, network, and storage. Two are with new customers; one expands an existing relationship. They are expected to add roughly A$232.4 million in annual recurring revenue and lift pro forma group ARR to about A$1.1 billion, with more than 85% of pro forma ARR from North America. Strategic contract value announced since April totals about A$2.3 billion. Customer prepayments are approximately A$323 million, including about A$281.5 million from one new customer before service delivery. CEO Michael Reid said, "Since April, we've announced approximately A$2.3 billion in total strategic contract value." He said Megaport is "just getting started." The company raised FY27 revenue guidance to A$720 million–A$810 million from A$620 million–A$730 million and EBITDA margin guidance to 42%–44% from 38%–40%. Contested: no factual disputes found.
