LAPD releases videos of two officer-involved deaths

Lincoln captain cited after toddler left in van

An off-duty Lincoln Police Captain, Mayde McGuire, was cited for misdemeanor child abuse and placed on leave after a 2-year-old was found alone in a locked van at Pawnee Lake for about 28 minutes on a 78-degree day.
