Five homes sell for $2.43M in Emmaus, Erie

Four homes in Emmaus sold Oct. 5–6 for prices ranging from $390,000 to $765,000. The highest sale was a 3,131-square-foot, four-bedroom home on Chris Drive, which fetched $765,000; a newer two-bedroom home on Daylily Drive sold for $520,000 and includes a pool. A 2023-built, three-bedroom property on Benjamin Court sold for $435,000, while a 1967 home on South Mountain Drive sold for $390,000 despite having just over 1,000 square feet, with its 1.2-acre lot and pool among its features. Separately, a single-family home on 6th Avenue in Erie sold for $316,000 on Sept. 23.
