Fathers compete nationally for $25,000 Super Dad title

Fathers across the country are competing in Colossal’s 2026 Super Dad contest for a $25,000 prize and a chance to appear in an Ace Hardware commercial. Entrants include Rebel Clark of Carbon County, who says he is determined to break the cycle of abuse from his childhood, and Central Illinois father of five Westley Channell, who hopes the prize could help his family rebuild after losing their home in a fire. Waco stay-at-home dad Jesse Palacios is also competing, highlighting his family life and community involvement, while Marcus Woods is using his entry to honor his late son and support children’s and family causes. The competition also raises money for Children’s Miracle Network through paid votes, and contestants are seeking public support as voting rounds progress.
