Eikon Therapeutics announced that seven abstracts covering four clinical candidates will be presented at the 2026 European Society for Medical Oncology Congress in Madrid, beginning October 23. The updates include data on EIK1001 combined with pembrolizumab and chemotherapy for advanced non-small cell lung cancer; studies of the PARP1 inhibitor EIK1003 in advanced solid tumors and in combination with abiraterone for metastatic prostate cancer; and early results for CNS-penetrant PARP1 inhibitor EIK1004. The company also plans to report preliminary safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetic findings for its Werner helicase inhibitor EIK1005.
