Cotecna acquires Hyderabad lab, expands global pharma testing

Cotecna has acquired Hyderabad-based Energon Labs, expanding its global life sciences platform and pharmaceutical testing capabilities across pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, medical-device and packaging sectors. Energon’s specialized laboratory infrastructure and scientific expertise in a major Indian pharmaceutical hub are expected to strengthen Cotecna’s regulatory-compliant services and support customers in India and international markets. The acquisition also adds to Cotecna’s testing network, which includes Cotecna Life Sciences, Shiva Analyticals and Neotron Pharma.
